Deposit/Cancellation/No Show Policy

Deposits

To secure an applointment for all new clients, full/partial sets, there will be a $50 non-refundable deposit that will be held using the card on file. This deposit will go towards your service total. If you cancel or no show, you will forfeit this deposit as well as you be charged for the difference of the service for the  cancellation/no show fee.

We value your business as our clients. To ensure that we are able to efficiently accommodate all clients

Please provide 24 hours notice in advance for any changes or cancellations.

Cancellations/changes with less than 24 hours notice are subject to a fee of 100% of the scheduled service. You will forfeit your deposit.

No shows are subject to a fee of 100% of the scheduled service. You will forfeit your deposit. 

​

** Clients will no longer be able to book until fee is paid.

Running late?

​
